Be careful about making comments on those site because it is related to countries issue so you have to be tricky to get backlinks from that sites. And remember that don’t do hurry about backlinks. If you get 100 backlinks within few days then it will be negatively impact on your blog. Because Google Penguin algorithm always check this kinds of unnatural link building issue and ultimately your site may penalize for this. So try to get backlinks slowly and achieve higher page rank from Google.
