How to Fix AdSense Payment Error "You don't have permission to complete this action [OR-AC-04]"?

A question raised regarding why does it say "You do not have permission to complete this action [OR-AC-04] for tax info in the AdSense support forum. Even this error message showing after writing the appropriate United State’s tax information. 

Most of the time this is happening during getting the first payment from your AdSense. Because to get the first Payment AdSense will put your account on hold and to disburse your payment you must provide your bank details. You can see the message like below: 

But while you will try to add your bank account details then you won’t able to go through the “Add a payment method” option. Instead of that, you will see an error like below: 

This problem is arising from Google AdSense itself rather this is a browser issue. Those who are using Google Chrome they will encounter this issue while trying to add the bank account details. Sometimes it shows different error code 

To resolve this issue simply you can change the browser. You can use either the latest version of Microsoft Edge or Firefox browser. 

I have used Microsoft Edge Version 85.0.564.70 (Official Build) (64-bit). Just go through the below steps to update your AdSense Bank account details in the latest version of Microsoft Edge. 

Step 1: Log in to your AdSense account and go to AdSense dashboard 

Step 2: From the left vertical menu click “Payments” 

Step 3: Add your Bank account details. 

Step 4: Finally click “Save” button to exit. 

After that you will receive a popup message like below:

After adding the valid bank account details you will receive 2 emails from Google Adsense with below subjects. 

Google will take time to verify your Bank account by depositing some small amount within the next 3 to 5 working days. I have received the verification amount within 2 business days. To verify go through below steps: 

Step 1: Log in to your AdSense account and go to AdSense dashboard 

Step 2: From the left vertical menu click “Payments” 

Step 3: You can see verification pending status. To complete the verification process just click on the “VERIFY NOW” button. 

Step 4: A popup window will appear and there you have to select Google’s deposited amount. In my case, Google deposited 72 HUF and I have selected this amount for verification. Finally, click the “VERIFY” button to exit. 

Step 5: After that, it will show the verification status of your bank account. 

Beside of this popup message, you will receive an email from Google AdSense team. 

After completion of your AdSense payment account details, you have to wait till the 22nd day of the month to receive the payment. Because this is the general payment time from Google AdSense.
